Product Description
Mechanically harvest at night. Carbonic maceration (saturation of the tank with C02) to extract a maximum of the aromas of the juice. Fermentation under temperature control for 3 weeks. Aging in stainless steel tanks. Regular racking preserves maximum fruit and concentration. Color : Pretty shades of rose petal. Nose: floral aromas and red fruits (raspberry and redcurrant). Taste: Round and fresh mouth. A very elegant wine to drink while it’s still young
